Equipment Rental Agreement
This agreement confirms that Jerry’s Bounce Houses will provide the selected rental shown above. Final event date, delivery fee, customer name, and payment details will be completed on the booking form.
No refunds. Reschedule only.
Client accepts the equipment in good condition and assumes financial responsibility for loss, theft, significant damage, missing pieces, excessive staining, or debris.
Damages may be charged based on current replacement cost.
Items returned with excessive staining/debris may incur cleaning fees, including a minimum $3 per chair and $8 per table cleaning fee.
Bounce house cleaning fee may range from $50–$75 if returned excessively dirty.
Drop-off window is 7:00 AM–1:00 PM. Pick-up window is 6:00 PM–9:30 PM.
Overnight rental is available only for tables, chairs, and tents. Bounce houses and water slides cannot be kept overnight.
All equipment must be ready for pickup at the agreed pickup time.
Any outstanding balances for damages, cleaning, delivery, or rental changes may be billed after the event.
